Menopause Clarity is a small, independent editorial site about wellbeing in perimenopause, menopause and the years around them. We write the kind of calm, useful guide we wanted to find ourselves, and we try hard not to oversell anything.
What we cover
We review and recommend wellbeing products, supplements, books and tools that midlife women actually use. Our focus is on clarity, sleep, energy, movement and mood, the everyday things that make life better, not miracle claims.
How we make decisions
Recommendations are based on a mix of product quality, real-world value, ease of fitting into daily life and verified customer feedback. We prefer fewer, better picks over long lists. Where we are uncertain about the evidence, we say so.
